Meet the Foundation’s New Intern!
As we dive into summer, we are welcoming an intern to our team! Kyleigh Kozel has just finished her sophomore year at Marietta College in Marietta, Ohio. She is majoring in strategic communications and minoring in marketing and graphic design. Kyleigh will be learning and working remotely from Pennsylvania with our Marketing Manager, Dani Farris and Riley King, our Content Marketing Specialist. As a marketing intern, she will be creating content, taking photos at our events, engaging in new marketing strategies, writing blogs and articles, brainstorming ideas for social media posts, and will be joining us at the SSSF Nationals in Marengo, Ohio! As a shooter herself, Kyleigh will bring a new set of eyes that will cater to our target audience of youth shooters.
Kyleigh has been a devoted shooter since she was ten years old and is very familiar with the industry. She is on the Seven Springs Champion Shooters sporting clays team and will be competing in her 10th Pennsylvania SCTP State Championship on Father’s Day weekend! She has recently taken on the role of starting a new sporting clays team at her college. Kyleigh is a five-time Pennsylvania State SCTP Champion, two-time NSCA National Champion, and two-time USA Clay Target Conference Champion. She has been a brand ambassador and sponsored shooter for Italian Firearms Group and F.A.I.R. since 2017.

She became familiar with the Foundation in 2020. Flash forward three years, and that same girl was our guest speaker at the 2023 SHOT Show in Las Vegas. She is also the Foundation’s first-ever intern! We are very excited to welcome her to our team!
