An organization with a balance in its MidwayUSA Foundation Agency Endowment Account may receive a grant once per year. The maximum Agency grant is 5% of the average monthly balance of the endowment account for the 12 months preceding the grant application date. Agency endowments do not have fixed grant application dates like teams. The organization may choose the month, which best suits its operational needs, to receive its annual Agency grant. The MidwayUSA Foundation financial department will send an Agency grant application to each eligible organization, along with an account statement and calculated grant amount, 30 days before the selected grant month. After satisfactory completion of the grant application and approval by the Executive Director, the grant will be paid in the selected month. Grant funds are for operational expenses of the organization in support of its youth shooting sports mission. MidwayUSA Foundation reserves the right to audit an organization’s use of Agency grant funds.
