Donations to youth shooting teams are matched!
Contributions to youth shooting teams in 2023 are matched dollar for dollar (1:1)! For example, if you donate $500 to your favorite team, we will add an additional $500 in matching, making the total impact $1,000! Generous donations to youth shooting teams throughout March totaled $244,556.08 and after our 1:1 donation match, $489,112.16 has been added to team endowments. Those recently matched funds benefit 322 youth shooting teams! Thanks to our generous donors, Larry and Brenda Potterfield, Founders of MidwayUSA, we have added millions to our shooting team’s endowments through a donation matching program. Every youth shooting team with a MidwayUSA Foundation endowment can apply for an annual cash grant. We are currently accepting applications through June 15. The grant is 5% of their endowment balance, and these funds can be used for team expenses, such as ammunition, travel, uniforms, range and entry fees, and more. Helping your favorite youth shooting team grow its endowment increases the grant payout they can receive each year!
