The MidwayUSA Foundation is excited to announce a new opportunity to join our growing team! We are currently seeking a Deputy Director based in Columbia, Missouri. This leadership position plays a vital role in advancing our mission to sustain and grow youth shooting sports across the United States.
About the MidwayUSA Foundation
As a 501(c)(3) public charity, the MidwayUSA Foundation provides long-term funding to youth shooting teams and organizations through endowments and grants. Our mission is simple yet powerful – to help communities sustain youth shooting sports for future generations. Each year, we work with thousands of youth shooting teams, state and national partner organizations, and industry leaders to ensure young athletes have the resources they need to succeed.
About the Role
In this role, you will:

Support senior leadership in executing the strategic plan and managing day-to-day operations.

Lead program execution, overseeing key projects and ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.

Liaison to internal teams and external stakeholders, including partners, donors, youth teams, and shooting sports organizations.

Help oversee budgets, reporting, and performance metrics to track program impact and efficiency.

Provide leadership and mentoring to team members, helping build a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
