Funding Missouri Youth Shooting Sports

HomeFunding Missouri Youth Shooting Sports

MidwayUSA Foundation is funding youth shooting sports in Missouri!

Currently, 183 youth shooting teams in Missouri are funded by a MidwayUSA Foundation endowment. These teams include school teams, JROTC, gun clubs, Scouts, and other traveling shooting clubs.  Missouri ranks in the top 5 states in MidwayUSA Foundation funding!

What does that mean? Thousands of young athletes across the state of Missouri can participate and compete on a shooting team because funds are available to assist them with critical expenses.  Each endowment can receive a 5% cash grant yearly to cover expenses, including ammo, targets, entry fees, travel, and so much more.

A MidwayUSA Foundation endowment also funds key organizations in Missouri.

These organizations support youth shooting teams in the state by assisting with competitions, training, and coaching. Since its inception, MidwayUSA Foundation has provided well over $3 million to youth shooting sports in Missouri, and that number continues to rise.

You can directly support a local, Missouri youth shooting team, and we’ll match your donations!

“The support of the Foundation has been critical in providing the funds necessary to help build the Trap Team Program. The number of youth that have developed a passion for shooting sports continues to grow as they realize the opportunities that are available at the collegiate level and throughout their lives.” – Chillicothe Trap Team
