We offer your shooting program free products (Product Grants) to help grow your endowment.
Our FREE products assist your fundraising efforts to grow your MidwayUSA Foundation endowment. The type and quantity of available items do vary, but they are always provided at NO COST. They can also provide your youth shooting program with instant operating cash. Participating organizations may conduct fundraisers using our free products when and how they choose. We do encourage the completion of fundraisers within 9 months of receiving the product.
Each item has a unique, required minimum endowment donation. The minimum donation, plus any additional sent from your fundraiser, will be matched through our current Matching Program. We encourage programs to raise more than the minimum donation requirement for immediate expenses or additional endowment growth. Contributions can be made online through our standard donation form, but contributors must utilize the comment section to identify the product name(s). Donations can be made before the conclusion of a fundraiser, but must be made as ONE SINGLE DONATION and accompany all product grant paperwork. Failure to designate the details of a product grant donation will result in MidwayUSA Foundation processing the contribution as a general donation. Once a donation has been processed and posted using the information provided at the time of submission, it is considered final. MidwayUSA Foundation will not update or revise donation records after they are posted. This includes issues related to incorrect, missing, or mislabeled information. Participating Organizations are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all details at the time of the donation.
Quantities are limited. Your state may, or may not, permit charitable nonprofits to conduct raffles, Bingo, auction and other games of chance. Always check with state and local regulations before conducting fundraisers.
