Monthly Matching
November team donations were matched, with $240,128.26 donated to youth shooting team endowments last month! These contributions were matched at $0.62 per dollar. If your shooting team received a $50.00 donation, our Matching Program added an additional $31.00, to bring the total contribution to $81.00. This match benefits 345 youth shooting teams. Our Matching Program is one of the quickest and easiest ways to grow your team endowment. Every month, we have $150,000 in matching dollars, and the ratio is adjusted at the conclusion of each month; learn more about our current Matching Program at MidwayUSAFoundation.org/Matching. Employer Matching
Employer matching is a type of philanthropy that businesses take part in to match donations that their employees make to nonprofits. When you donate to a MidwayUSA Foundation initiative such as a Team Endowment, you can request a matching gift from your employer, who then makes their own donation to the program you supported. The donation your company makes could also be matched, depending on our current Matching Program. Company match ratios differ, but many times it’s a 1:1.
