MidwayUSA Foundation is funding youth shooting sports in Iowa!
Currently, 150 youth shooting teams in Iowa are funded by a MidwayUSA Foundation endowment. These teams include school teams, JROTC, gun clubs, Scouts, and other traveling shooting clubs. Iowa ranks in the top 3 states in MidwayUSA Foundation funding!
What does that mean? Thousands of young athletes across the state of Iowa are able to participate and compete on a shooting team because funds are available to them. Each endowment can receive a 5% cash grant yearly to cover expenses, including ammo, targets, entry fees, travel, and so much more.
Two organizations in Iowa, Cresco Wildlife Club and Iowa SCTP, are also funded by a MidwayUSA Foundation endowment. These organizations assist youth shooting teams in Iowa with competing, training, and coaching! Since its inception, MidwayUSA Foundation has provided well over $3 million to youth shooting sports in Iowa, and that number continues to rise.
