MidwayUSA Foundation is funding youth shooting sports in Wisconsin!
Currently, 125 youth shooting teams in Wisconsin are funded by a MidwayUSA Foundation endowment. These teams include school teams, JROTC, gun clubs, Scouts, and other traveling shooting clubs. Wisconsin ranks among the top 3 states in the MidwayUSA Foundation’s overall cash grant payout.
What does that mean? Thousands of young athletes across Wisconsin can participate in and compete on a shooting team because funds are available to assist them with critical expenses. Each endowment can receive a 5% cash grant annually to cover expenses, including ammunition, targets, entry fees, travel, and other related costs.
A MidwayUSA Foundation endowment also funds a key organization in Wisconsin.
This organization supports youth shooting teams in the state by assisting with competitions, training, and coaching. Since its inception, MidwayUSA Foundation has provided well almost $3 million to youth shooting sports teams in Wisconsin, and that number continues to rise.
You can directly support a local, Wisconsin youth shooting team, and we’ll match your donations!

We are a top-rated charity, and thanks to our founders, Larry and Brenda Potterfield, we keep nothing for operations. This means 100% of your donation benefits the Missouri team you choose. Plus, we’ll match your contribution! Give your local team $50; we will match that gift, providing a total contribution of $100. Learn more about our Matching Program
“The support of the Foundation has been critical in providing the funds necessary to help build the Trap Team Program. The number of youth that have developed a passion for shooting sports continues to grow as they realize the opportunities that are available at the collegiate level and throughout their lives.” – Chillicothe Trap Team
