What is Employer Matching?
Employer matching is a type of philanthropy in which businesses match donations their employees make to nonprofit organizations. When you make a donation to a MidwayUSA Foundation team or organizational endowment, you can request a matching gift from your employer, which then makes their own donation to the program you supported. Our Matching Program will also match that contribution. Companies usually match donations at a 1:1 ratio, but some will match at 2:1, 3:1, or even 4:1.
