Our 2025 Annual Rockstar Incentive is a way to reward the incredible fundraising efforts of the youth shooting teams in our endowment program.  This program is a staple incentive and one that allows everyone to see how successful teams can be when they work to fundraise and educate their community about their endowment.  This year, we’re distributing a whopping $100,000 in prize endowment dollars through our Annual Rockstar Incentive!

The team with the most growth will earn an additional $25,000 in endowment funds! Second place will receive $15,000. Third place earns $12,500. Fourth place receives $10,000, and fifth place will be awarded $7,500.  But that’s not all! We’re also randomly drawing 15 participating teams to win $2,000 each. With almost 500 teams qualifying for the random draw last year, your team has a great chance to snag some extra funding!
